Peter Pavarini is a partner in the global law firm of Squire, Sanders (US) LLP. He focuses his practice on the representation of hospitals and other health care providers in a wide range of strategic, regulatory and transactional matters, particularly physician integration models and the development of accountable care organizations. Mr. Pavarini is a member of the board and executive committee of the American Health Lawyers Association and the author of numerous articles and books including The ACO Handbook: A Guide to Accountable Care Organizations (2012).
